From day one when I decided to file for bankruptcy, they guided me through every steps of the way. Just like most human, I had doubts initially, but they couldn’t have been better. De verdad no me alcanzara  la vida para agradecer a la doctora Norma y al paralegal Christian por toda la ayuda brindada en mi caso . Siempre estuvieron pendientes y respondieron a mis cientos de correos y llamadas con las más mínimas de las preguntas. Fue un proceso rápido y me sentí en familia, nunca juzgaron mis acciones en el pasado  y siempre me dieron una salida . De todo corazón le quiero agradecer. Norma made sure that my concerns were always tended to when I called or emailed her office. A rare behavior from attorneys! Chris and Nicolas were also outstanding! My divorce caused me a tremendous amount of financial hardship, and filing for bankruptcy was not an easy decision. Norma was kind, professional, had patience enough to share her knowledge that helped me understand bankruptcy wasn’t a shameful decision, rather an opportunity to restart my life. She wasn’t just an amazing attorney, but also represented me with a lioness heart. I would recommend Norma Ortiz at Ortiz & Ortiz L.L.P. to everyone!
